The transition of the darkest day into the gradual returning light is a significant moment for many of us. Winter solstice is lovely time to gather together in earthy simplicity, to honour the cyclical nature of all things. It is also a portal into the new. This year 21/12 co-incides with major astrological shifts (read more if this interests you) and what better way to stay open, receptive and aligned than through sacred sound. Join me for a guided moving sound meditation followed by a journey through gongs, crystal bowls and elemental sounds. Please have a small candle and matches/ lighter to hand.
