Perhaps head down to Frenchman’s creek and its ancient woodland for a walk afterwards, to ground and share together in nature. The medicine of ceremonial cacao and sacred sound
A warm welcome awaits you in the octagonal wooden 'sound temple'. We will share a guided meditation, connecting with all the senses, to ground ourselves and welcome the medicine of mama cacao. I will serve a beautiful warming elixir, a divine drink made with high quality cacao, spices and of course love! Cacao is the purest form of chocolate, which is not only an ancient superfood, with lots of heart and mood strengthening properties, but a powerful guide for accessing your hearts wisdom within the sound journey.
Please note: you can also choose a specially prepared chai rather than cacao.
Perhaps you will wish to choose a plant oracle card as we spend some time in quiet reflection, sharing and gathering intention. After the opportunity to move, you can snuggle into the sound cocoons or lay down for the sound bath, supported by warm blanks, bolsters and eye pillows. The vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls and ancient instruments like drum and flute take you into a deeply healing inner journey. There will be plenty of time to land, ground and share your experiences.
These private sessions take 2 hours and are held near Helford, Cornwall with all equipment provided. No prior experience of sound, meditation or drinking cacao are required. Investment of £120 per couple (we can also welcome private groups of up to 5 people - please be in touch for a quote).
