For all bookings, please note:

The standard (online) Health Q&A for Resonant Retreats must be completed by all participants before attending. Failure to complete will be considered a cancellation by the participant. You may also need to complete the registration form, depending on the event.

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during and afterwards; in particular, please inform us before booking if you are pregnant, have tinnitus, pace-maker, metal implants from recent surgery, epilepsy, are experiencing the impact of trauma or significant mental health issues (or any other health conditions that require support).

Payment in full is required to confirm your place. Please book online.

Refunds are available up to 10 days before the event only if a replacement can be found. No refunds will be given within 10 days.

In exceptional circumstances, if you have to cancel your booking:

  • It may be possible to transfer your place to someone else. This is entirely at the discretion of Resonant Being and subject to a discussion about their suitability for the event. Arranging any transfer is entirely the responsibility of the participant.

  • We may be able to re advertise the place and if a replacement can be found a partial refund may be offered. This is at the sole discretion of Resonant Being. An admin fee of £25 will be payable to cover the cost of refilling the place.

If we have to cancel the event due to exceptional circumstances we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

Personalised retreats

Payment of the £150 non refundable deposit and completion of the online registration form are required to confirm your booking.

The remainder is due 30 days before the start date of the retreat, or in full at the time of booking if made within 30 days of the start.

All payment by BACS (we will provide details).

Failure to make final or scheduled payments on the due dates will be considered a cancellation by the client.

Transfers are available up to 14 days in advance of the retreat. A 20% charge for changing the dates is made after this point.

If we have to cancel the retreat due to exceptional circumstances we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

We require you to complete a full health Q&A one month before attending.

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and taking out travel insurance where necessary.

Group retreats

£150 non refundable deposit and completion of the online registration form are required to confirm your booking.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the start or in full at the time of booking if made within 45 days of the start.

All payment by BACS (we will provide details).

Failure to make final or scheduled payments on the due dates will be considered a cancellation by the client.

In exceptional circumstances, if you have to cancel your place:

  • It may be possible to transfer your place to someone else. This is entirely at the discretion of Resonant Being and a discussion about their suitability for the retreat. Arranging any transfer is entirely the responsibility of the participant.

  • We may be able to re advertise the place and if a replacement can be found a partial refund may be offered. This is at the sole discretion of Resonant Being. A £50 admin fee will be payable to cover re-advertising the place.

Failure to attend the event for any reason from the the official start time (specified in the event schedule) for any reason will be considered a cancellation by the participant and any payments already made will be strictly non refundable.

If we have to cancel the retreat due to ill health or exceptional circumstances we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

Rooms are allocated on first come first served basis.

We require you to complete a full health Q&A one month before attending.

Please be aware that as organisers we invest a large amount of time planning retreats before opening up for bookings. And that we are liable for costs and venue hire even when people drop out.

We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover you for any last minute illness or travel issues.

Payment is required to confirm your booking, please use the online shop.

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.

Transfers are available up to 48 hours before the event and valid for any sessions within the next two months.

You may transfer your place to someone else up to 48 hours before the event but this is your responsibility. 

If we have to cancel the event due to exceptional circumstances we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

Sound therapy clients

To confirm your booking we require payment in full and completion of an online health form.

For bundles of 6 bookings, payment is required either upfront or (if pre-agreed) by setting up a standing order.

All payment by BACS (we will provide details).

Transfers are available up to 48 hours before the session. If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the fee is due, within 24 hours 100% of the fee is due.

If the health form and payment are not received within 48 hours of your session we may offer your slot to someone else. We require time to review your information and make sure we are prepared for your needs.

If we have to cancel the session due to exceptional circumstances we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

Series of events e.g. yin & sound/ women’s ceremony

Payment for the series is requires in full upon booking, or (if pre-agreed with us) by standing order.

Completion of the online health form is also required to confirm your booking. It is your responsibility to update us with any changes in your health circumstances.

No refunds are available.
