After many twists and turns around the shape of this event we are just so grateful to be able to gather with you and I would like to dedicate this evening to dissolving of fears as well as new beginnings.

The dark festival of Samhain will be illuminated by a beautiful full moon. Andy and I will be working together to bring you an extended sound journey with the hang drum, crystal bowls, mantras, gongs and more gongs : ) We will start the evening with cacao and a sharing circle before moving into the sounds. If you don't tolerate cacao in the evenings we will provide tea!

ZedShed asks its users to adhere to careful cleaning and hygiene as well as social distancing - this allows classes to continue. I will provide further details about this near the time and of course we have to remain flexible to any local changes over the next few weeks. The cost of the evening will be £27.50.

As usual please speak with me before booking if you are pregnant or have tinnitus, pace maker, metal implants from recent surgery, epilepsy - or any other health issues.
