Ali offers a new monthly sound healing ceremony at Boswedden House, amid the wild beauty of Cape Cornwall. Centring around the majestic ‘gong’; an ancient instrument of universal peace, expanded consciousness & transformation. We begin with moving the spine and some simple, balancing pranayama. Ali invites you to set an intention ... then there is nothing more to do ... but surrender into layers of vibration which entrain the body and mind into deeper states of relaxation or meditation. Often called a ‘gong bath’ due to the sensation of being immersed in sound, and its’ cleansing effects. 

A changing selection of symphonic and planetary gongs plus the Conch shell, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, hang drum, shruti box, voice & elemental instruments guide your journey through sacred sound. The experience is unique, for each and every one of us. All are welcome, pls speak to Ali beforehand if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery with metal implants, have hearing issues or any other health concerns. 

Please wear warm, comfortable layers and bring a yoga mat to lay on, a blanket, a small cushion for under your head and something to shade your eyes with, such as small scarf or eye pillow.
