This festive season join Ali and ekam yoga studio for a unique sonic experience; not your usual Christmas carol concert but a soundscape of healing vibrations created by powerful planetary gongs, crystal bowls attuned to the chakras and the sweet melodies of the hang drum. A chance to gather with other yogis and sound lovers to let go of the festive stresses and share a peaceful intent for the new year ahead. 

For those who attend gong sound baths and have always wanted to peek at how the sounds are made this relaxed, seated event is a chance to watch and absorb ... to meditate, snuggle up on your neighbour or however you wish to be with the sounds. Afterwards we share cacao tonic and Ali is happy to answer any questions you have about the healing power of sound.
