Join myself and Emma (SYT, founder of ELM Yoga) for an afternoon of self nurture through sound, breath, movement and home cooked food. We create a sacred space for you to retreat deeply within yourself, letting go of everyday stresses and distractions. Uplift your vibration as we move into Spring.
We combine mindful movement, restorative and yin yoga with a dreamy gong sound bath. Emma’s yoga flow offers a chance to get out of your head and deeply into your body, peeling away layers of tension and opening up the energetic channels. Emma’s teaching caters for all abilities and creates a joyful, non judgement space for you to just be.
Our yoga practise settles you into a cocoon of primordial sound created by the gongs, singing bowls, mantras, bells, chimes and elemental instruments. By simply following the rich overtones of the gong and feeling into its deep vibrations you can let go of the mind’s resistance and access our own healing capacities, meditative wisdom and peace. Ali holds a safe and loving space for you to explore the transformational qualities of sacred sound.
We conclude with home made food (vegan) and a chance to ground, share and connect with like minded yogis. No experience of yoga, meditation or sound healing is required for this workshop.
