If you would like to explore the healing practise of yoga nidra before committing to an 8 week course, please join me for an introduction, guided practise and a chance to share and ask amy questions you may have about the course or yoga nidra itself.
We will meet on zoom and you need to pre book your spot here to receive the link. There is no contribution required but after the session you may donate if you wish.
You will need a comfy, warm space to lay down, a yoga mat or something to lay on, a pillow for under your head and a blanket/s for warmth - optional are to support the backs of the knees on cushions or bolster and to use an eye pillow. Take time to digest any heavy meals before the practise. If you cannot lay on the floor sitting on a chair is fine.
Please make sure you have a decent, steady internet connection and have downloaded the zoom app in advance. You can wear headphones or use speakers - your choice.
