Welcome into the sound temple for an uplifting morning of movement, breath, sound and cacao. An intimate group of 4 women will welcome the sunrise and celebrate the Spring Equinox, the dance between dark and light coming into balance.

Mama cacao is a gentle plant medicine which activates the heart physically and energetically. It is a beautiful way to start the day, with like minded women sharing and practising together. We keep these events small so that everyone can be heard and supported. We will finish the morning with home made banana bread and teas so that you leave grounded and ready for the day.

Drinking cacao is contraindicated for those taking anti depressant, anti psychotic or heart medication or those with high blood pressure. if you have low blood pressure or are sensitive to stimulants please speak with me about a lower dose.
