These gatherings of four women in our bespoke sound temple near Helford are intimate and unique; a semi private healing session with the benefit of community and sharing.

We will gather to share a delicious heart opening cup of ceremonial cacao (special ceremonial tea option) then some simple grounding and opening movement and breath practises before laying down into a cocoon of sacred sound provided by drum, gongs, crystal bowls and ancient instruments like flute, sistrum and ocean drum as well as my voice. We close the evening with sharing circle and a slice of home made cake.
