Resonant Re-set - an Imbolc mini retreat - London

  • stretch 6 Ada Street London, England, E8 4QU United Kingdom (map)

CHANTING - YIN YOGA - HEALING GONG BATH – LIGHT SUPPER – COMMUNITY
Hosted by Ali & Fran

As the festive whirl fades, February offers an opportunity to re-align with our wellbeing needs. Resolutions often stumble because we have not prepared the ground for them, clearing our body mind of old patterns. Imbolc (1st Feb in the Celtic calendar) symbolises the time to cleanse, in preparation for the re birth of Spring when we plant the seeds of intention.

In this mini retreat we invite you to re-set patterns of practise and self care; to find the tools to regain your natural resonance.

Flow of the day:

The mini retreat opens with a chanting circle, invoking the release of obstacles and judgements, before moving into a yin yoga sequence for the whole body. The yin way is to surrender into the poses for longer, stimulating the flow of life force to the vital organs. From here the gong guides us into a theta wave state of meditation, healing & transformation.

We ground and share over a light supper (raw, gluten free, plant-based) created by Moody Mango Raw Cuisine. What we put in our bodies determines our ability to awaken, receive and increase life force energy. This retreat we offer warming spices and raw seasonal produce, followed by a medicinal chaga mushroom and cacao tonic to open the heart...and of course our famous cheesecake!

Resonant Retreats is all about creating conscious connections with the seasons, self and like minded community. Regaining our natural resonance through yoga, sound & food. All are welcome!
