The gong is an ancient instrument for raising consciousness, ceremony & healing. It represents the primordial sound vibration 'AUM'. We create an immersive journey through sacred sound, centred around large scale majestic gongs and supported by crystal singing bowls, hang drum, drums, conch shell, elemental instruments, shruti box, voice and more.

Each month will be entirely different, depending where you are at as well as the instruments, which are played intuitively. Ali invites you to set an intention and surrender into an ocean of healing sound. The gong has the potential to lead us to inner silence: entraining the brain waves it move us quickly into a space of deep relaxation, meditation and self healing. The body feels every vibration and responds to the living tones of the gongs; its rhythms are harmonised, life force flows more freely.

All are welcome - please speak to Ali beforehand (07855402837) if you are pregnant, have tinnitus/ sensitivity to sound or any health concerns. Please wear comfy, warm layers and bring drinking water. Please note for this venue you need to bring: a yoga mat, a blanket, a small cushion for your head, a scarf to shade your eyes (we can provide a few spares - please request advance).
