The Equinox is a time of dark and light in balance as we transition to the inwards looking part of the year, and the process of letting go, as symbolised by Autumn. It's a time to seek our inner equilibrium while honouring the rhythms of nature. 

Sound has been used since ancient times to mark the transitions of life and to heal on a physical, emotional, energetic and mental level. Ali works primarily with the gong, a majestic instrument of transformation; weaving together its primordial washes with the pure song of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments, reflecting the five elements. All that required of you is to lay down (or sit) and soak up the natural healing vibrations. 

We will be out in nature for the sound ceremony - a sacred circle, sheltered amid wild flower meadows near Helford. Afterwards we recommend a visit to the gallery and gardens of Kestle Barton where they also serve delicious coffee and cake!

Please bring all you need to be warm and comfortable during the sound ceremony outdoors - due to COVID we cannot lend any equipment (I will provide full list of what to bring upon booking).

Car sharing is encouraged due to limited parking on site. Please let me know if you are willing or needing a lift and I will co-ordinate.

Accompanied children are most welcome, as long as they are happy to be still and quiet for 1.5hrs (we recommend 8 years +). Please speak to me before booking if you are pregnant or have tinnitus, pacemaker, metal implants from recent surgery, epilepsy or any other health concerns.
