Join Ali and Andy for a sunrise journey through sacred sound, a journey of expanding consciousness and going deep within yourself. We begin with simple guided breath-work to awaken your prana in line with the morning energies! Then all you need do is lay down snugly for over an hour of bathing and breathing into the sounds. 

Experience the sound of the mighty earth and sun gongs, hang drum, crystal bowls, shruti box and mantras.
