Join us for a day of joyful practises, time in nature and home made food. We celebrate the fertile energies of Beltane, ‘bright fire’. It is a time to honour our creative needs and rekindle our vitality.
The day begins with tea and welcome circle, before diving into the earthiness of our yin yoga practise with mudras. Yin is a meditative style of yoga where we surrender into simple postures for three minutes or more. Guided by the breath we drop into the subtler, darker layers of body and mind, stimulating organs and energy channels. Through yin’s opening and stillness we are able to receive the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls and elemental instruments more deeply, into each and every cell. We pause for a simple shared lunch (fully plant based - GF available) and quiet time before heading off into nature for walking meditation in the woods and (optional/ weather dependent) sea swim! Then it’s back to the roundhouse for a cacao circle and chanting. The day concludes with closing circle and sharing.
