I’m often asked to recommend equipment and trainings so wanted to share the details of companies and people who have inspired and supported my work.
Gong master stands
We’ve had two of these stands for 8 years and they are still going strong and rattle free, so we just added a third. Able to hold two large gongs, they are perfect for standing-up playing and creating the central portal at gong pujas. You can also lower the second bar and wheel one gong over the body in a 121 - that is a truly luxurious experience for clients! They are hand made in the UK by Matthew (who is also an excellent gong player) and come in a range of colours - more info HERE.
Oetken gongs
People are often asking me which gong to buy and I feel this is entirely personal and intuitive. However, I absolutely love the sparkling sound and hand crafted quality of Broder Oetkens gongs - I play several of these including sun, nibiru and tree of life. You can order them and many other brands through Julian at ECYMBALS who is a lovely guy and highly knowledgable.

College of Sound Healing
I was blessed to meet Rick on a retreat and he made me a Native American flute for my 40th birthday, after learning about how I like to play, what my inspirations and intentions are. These flutes are not only lovingly hand made but highly personalised. He also produces beautiful healing music and you can find out more about his instruments and workshops HERE.
Yoga teacher training based in Weston Super Mare near Bristol. I provide a sound module on Morven’s 200 hr yoga course and highly recommend her wise, authentic, highly experienced guidance if you are looking to take your first steps into becoming a yoga teacher or simply deepening your self practise. She also offers training in supporting people with cancer through yoga. Morven and I met at an ashram in India over 10 years ago and share a love of walking, sound and travel. Info HERE.
A great place to start exploring sound healing, they have practitioner training in gong, drums, bowls and voice - I trained with Paul Benham at Primrose Haven which I highly recommend. Check their WEBSITE for details.
