Welcome to our women’s gathering around the fire in a very special location out in nature. There is an opportunity to work with ‘mama cacao’ alongside breath, movement and chanting practise and, of course, a sound journey guided by Ali with gongs and drum. Giving voice to our feelings within a circle of deep heartfelt listening is one of the most powerful part of these evenings.

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle plant medicine which activates the heart physically and energetically. Ali prepares a beautiful elixir which we share in gratitude and presence. Combining cacao with sacred sound is one of the most powerful ways we have found to access creative clarity, although everyone’s experience is their own, totally unique.

We will finish the evening with grounding practise and sharing.

Drinking cacao is contraindicated for those taking anti depressant, anti psychotic or heart medication or those with high blood pressure. if you have low blood pressure or are sensitive to stimulants like caffeine please speak with me about a lower dose.
