Join me for a whole day of inner explorations and healing practises to celebrate the Spring Equinox. At this turn of the wheel of the year, dark and light are in balance. We can now move more fully into the rebirth of Spring, yet honour the lessons of stillness and release.
Many people find it powerful to pause in these transitions and check in; what are the rhythms within and how can they be supported this season? We will honour the energies of balance in our online day retreat - through group practise, personal enquiry and sharing.
I’m amazed at how deep these ‘at home retreats’ can be and have designed the programme to support you taking a whole day out of the usual routine; transforming the home space into a sacred one. At the end of the day you will have a sound journey and AUM meditation recording for your own personal practise. For those booking by 14th March there will be a little retreat gift sent to you in the post.
About the practises: Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style which allows us to go deeper into the body and mind. Yin can be soft but also challenging! Nadanasundana is a meditation using the resonance of AUM (toning of the primordial sound) and silence. And finally, the sound journey, a laying down practise of being immersed in healing sounds, from gongs, singing bowls and more.
About Ali: A sound and yoga therapist for over 10 years, I offer holistic retreats and transformational sound ceremonies from my sound temple and retreat house on The Lizard, Cornwall.
Please note: This retreat is run fully online through zoom and crowdcast. I will advise you how to set up for the day, headphones will give you the best experience of the sound.
Please speak with me before booking if you are pregnant, have tinnitus, pace maker, recent surgery with metal implants - or about any injuries that affect your yoga practise.
