Resonant Being will be hosting three unique sound in nature experiences in the garden at the Gurnards Head, Zennor over the Sept 3rd and 4th weekend.
Sound is one of the most ancient tools for self healing and accessing our own intuitive wisdom. The sound bath creates a meditative journey using gongs, crystal singing bowls and ancient instruments like flutes, drum, lyre and sistrum to soothe the nervous system, unravel tensions and facilitate an expanded state of consciousness. Ali guides you throughout from settling and centring practises using body and breath, to grounding afterwards. All you have to do is lie down (you can also sit in a chair if needed), set your intention and let the sounds wash through you.
You will need to bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, warm layers and socks, blankets and a pillow. As you will be laying on the ground for over an hour you make like to bring a bolster or cushions for under the knees and an eye pillow or scarf to shade your gaze.

All sessions include a bowl of soup (vegan/ gluten free) and refreshments afterwards.

Session details:
Saturday morning - Earth 10.30am-12noon
This grounding, nourishing sound bath is centred around the deep tones of the earth gong and weaves in drumming, shakers and Himalayan singing bowls.
Saturday afternoon - Sea 3-4.30pm
This deep, oceanic sound bath will be layered with the majestic water gong, ocean drum and the sweet song of crystal singing bowls. There is an optional meditative walk and swim in a local cove afterwards.
Sunday afternoon - Sky 4.30-6pm
This spacious, playful sound bath centres around the sparkling vibrations of symphonic and sun gongs with the soothing melodies of hang drum and lyre. Accompanied children over 8 are welcome to join this session.
